Banana Smoothie
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. It is best in instant energy and stronger immune system. We are going to make very easy and effective banana smoothie with help of Cherie mixer blender.
Ingredients :-
- Bananas – 2 medium size ripe.
- Almonds – 3-4 nos, soaked overnight.
- Cashew – 2-3 nos.
- Skimmed Milk Cool – 1 glass/200 ml.
Method :-
- Put all the ingredients in large blending jar of Cherie mixer blender.
- Lock the lid with mixing lid.
- Churn them until 20-30 seconds.
- Unlock the lid and pour in to glass.
- Serve chilled with putting ice cube inside.
