Within India
At LA’ FORTE, products sold on our platform are inclusive of Shipping Charges except the refurbished section, refurbished products may attract shipping charges which customers are advised to check while placing their orders.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Below are some more shipping related policy points:
- Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by us within 1-2 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller when there is heavy demand or delivery conditions.
- While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability or delivery conditions.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or damaged at the time of delivery of the goods, please refrain from accepting delivery of the goods and call/Whatsapp our Customer Care No. 964333599 (10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. / Mon- Sat), or write an e-mail to support@la-forte.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to resolve the matter.
- Please note all items will be shipped with an E-invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call our Customer Care No. 9643335959 (10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. / Mon- Sat), or write an e-mail to support@la-forte.com mentioning your order reference number.
