These Terms govern access to and use of la-forte.com and purchases made through it. The website is owned and operated by LA’ FORTE Home Solutions Private Limited, 13, Sainik Enclave 2, New Delhi – 110072, India (“LA’ FORTE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). LA’ FORTE is a direct-to-consumer brand and seller on this website; this website is not an open buyer-seller marketplace.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or lawful guardian.

2. Accounts and information

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised account use. We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, colours, features, compatibility and images accurately. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing tolerances may cause reasonable visual variation. Product packaging or specifications may be updated without reducing essential functionality, subject to applicable law. Read the product listing and care instructions before purchase and use.

4. Prices, payments and orders

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable charges are presented at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for stock error, incorrect price, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery unavailability, unusual quantity or legal/compliance reasons. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment process.

5. Promotions, discount codes and Play & Save

Promotions may have product eligibility, minimum order value, expiry, usage limits and non-combination rules. The terms displayed with the promotion and the result at Shopify checkout are authoritative. Play & Save games are free promotional activities with no purchase or entry fee. A reward is available only after completing the applicable game flow and remains subject to campaign limits and checkout validation. Automated play, manipulation, code scraping, sharing, resale or other abuse may invalidate a reward or order.

6. Shipping, replacement, returns and warranty

Shipping charges and serviceability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Replacement, return and refund requests are governed by our Replacement, Return and Refund Policy. Product warranties, where offered, are subject to the warranty information provided with the product or on its listing. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Reviews and submitted content

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights or contain malicious code, confidential information, abuse or spam. You allow us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted reviews, feedback, photographs or similar content for operating and promoting the website, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

8. Intellectual property

The website, brand names, logos, designs, photographs, copy, software and other content are owned by or licensed to LA’ FORTE and are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, republished, scraped, modified or commercially exploited without written permission, except for lawful personal use.

9. Prohibited use

You must not interfere with website security, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or automate the website in violation of these Terms, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, abuse promotions, or use the website for unlawful activity.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility for products, orders and services remains subject to applicable consumer law and the specific remedy provisions in our policies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or service reasons. The version posted on the website applies from its stated update date. Material changes do not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction available under applicable law. Please contact customer care first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
