Chicken Junglee Sandwich

Ingredients :-
- Boneless chicken boiled with salt and shredded – 250 grams.
- White bread slices – 8.
- Carrot grated – 1 medium.
- Onion finely chopped – 1 medium.
- Green chillies finely chopped – 1-2 nos.
- Salt to taste.
- Green chutney – 2 tablespoons.
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons.
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped – 1 tablespoon.
- Butter as required
Method
- Take chicken in a bowl.
- Add carrot, onion, green chilies, salt, green chutney and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Spread some butter over 4 bread slices.
- Top with the chicken mixture and cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
- Spread some more butter on top.
- Pre-heat La-Vite sandwich maker.
- Place the sandwiches on it, cover and grill till grill marks appear on both sides.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot.
