🌽 Garlic Butter Corn (Kettle Method)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Fill your LA' FORTE Electric Kettle with water and bring to boil
  2. Add corn kernels to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Drain the corn and set aside
  4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
  5. Add the boiled corn, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
  6. Toss well for 2-3 minutes until corn is well coated
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
