🥭 Mango Lassi, Café Style

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chilled milk
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a tall container
  2. Using your LA' FORTE Hand Blender, blend until smooth and creamy (30-45 seconds)
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again for 10-15 seconds
  4. Pour into chilled glasses
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a mango slice
  6. Serve immediately for the perfect café-style experience!
