🌽 Garlic Butter Corn (Kettle Method)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill your LA' FORTE Electric Kettle with water and bring to boil
- Add corn kernels to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Drain the corn and set aside
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
- Add the boiled corn, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
- Toss well for 2-3 minutes until corn is well coated
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
