A little squeeze goes a long way
Use it for nimbu pani, shikanji, lemon tea, fresh salad dressings, marinades, chutneys and the finishing touch on dal, poha or chaat. It is intended for lemons and small limes that fit comfortably inside the cup, making it useful for quick drinks and everyday cooking alike.
How to get a good squeeze
- Cut a lemon or suitable small lime in half and open the press.
- Place the citrus half in the perforated lower cup with the cut side facing down towards the drainage holes.
- Hold the press over a glass or bowl and bring the handles together with steady pressure.
- Open the press, remove the fruit and rinse promptly. Do not force oversized or unusually hard fruit into the cup.

Care and cleaning
Wash before first use. After use, wash with mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge or brush, rinse thoroughly and dry before storing. Avoid harsh abrasives, chlorine bleach and prolonged soaking. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the finish.
Remove seeds and pulp from the drainage holes and hinge. Rinse promptly after contact with lemon juice and dry the tool before storage.

Does it need electricity?
No. This is a manual handheld citrus press.
Will it remove every seed and all pulp?
The drainage holes help retain larger seeds, but very small seeds or some pulp may pass through. Use a fine strainer if you need completely filtered juice.
Can I squeeze oranges or mosambi?
The cup is intended for suitably sized lemon and lime halves. Large citrus fruit may not fit; do not force it into the press.
Which way should the lemon face?
Place the cut side down towards the holes in the lower cup, with the peel facing the upper pressing cup.
