Curry Masala

A good curry masala is king of any Indian dish. The spicy fragrance of good curry always increase hunger level of our tummy. We can get any kind of curry masala from market. But the taste of spicy homemade curry masala is always supreme than all. So, let’s make best ever curry masala.
Ingredients :-
- Cardamon – 2 medium size stick
- Red Chilli – 3 pc.
- Roasted Jeera – 2 tea spoon.
- Deggi Mirch – 2 tea spoon.
- Dry ginger – 2 medium size.
- Salt – 2 tea spoon.
- Ajwain – 1/2 tea spoon.
- Jaifal – 1/2 tea spoon.
- Javitri – 1/2 tea spoon.
- Rock salt – 1/2 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder- 4 tea spoon.
- Big Cardamon – 8
- Cloves – 3-4 nos.
- Funnel Seeds – 3 tea spoon.
- Star Anise – 1
Method :-
- Roast all the ingredients without burning them on low flame. Do not roast the ingredients which are already in power form.
- Transfer the ingredients to Cherie mixer blender jar. Attach the grinding blade and grind to get a fine power. Open the jar and pack the ground power in air tight container.
- This masala can be used for both veg. and non-veg. curries. It is best to prepare this masala fresh for it’s authentic taste.
