1. Shipping within India

We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. The final delivery availability and shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

2. Shipping charges

For eligible domestic orders, shipping is free when the net merchandise value after discounts is ₹499 or more, including exactly ₹499. Below ₹499, product-specific rates of ₹79, ₹149 or ₹198 may apply. Rates can vary for mixed-profile carts and delivery destinations; the final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Dispatch and delivery

We normally aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on destination, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruption and other conditions outside our reasonable control. The estimated delivery date shown during checkout or in tracking communications is an estimate and may change.

4. Addresses and split shipments

Each order can be shipped to one address. Place separate orders for different delivery addresses. Items in the same order may be shipped separately because of product availability, warehouse location or courier constraints. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

5. Delivery problems

If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery where reasonably possible and contact us promptly. For damage, wrong-item or missing-item claims after delivery, follow our Replacement, Return and Refund Policy and report the issue within 48 hours.

6. International orders

International shipping is available for eligible products and destinations where checkout offers delivery. The currently configured standard international rate is ₹1,600; confirm the final shipping charge and destination availability at checkout.
