Returns

At LA’ FORTE, each product goes through a rigorous quality check before being packed and shipped. We follow a fair pricing model with minimal margins and therefore, we’re unable to accommodate general return requests.

We only accept returns or replacements in case of damaged or defective products on arrival (DOA). To ensure smooth processing of such claims, we kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened.
