At la-forte.com, every product is quality-checked and tested before dispatch. Because of this, we do not offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy.
Returns are accepted only in specific cases, explained below.
When Returns Are Accepted
You may request a return only if:

The product is damaged during transit, or

You receive a wrong or incomplete product compared to what you ordered.

The product must be kept unused

The product must be made available for inspection or pickup by us or our courier partner, if requested
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
We do not accept returns if:

The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling

The product shows signs of use, wear, or modification

The damage is caused by self-shipping, mishandling, or improper storage

The product was repaired or altered without our approval

The return request does not fall under the approved reasons mentioned above
No other return scenarios are accepted.
Refund or Replacement
Our Responsibility
If your return request is approved, our liability is limited to one of the following (at our discretion):

Replacement of the defective or damaged product
OR -
Refund of the product value
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
Refunds cannot be redirected to:
a different bank account
a different UPI ID
cash or any alternate mode
This is mandated by payment gateways and banking regulations.
Definitions (For Clarity)
Damage
Unintended physical harm such as breakage, cracks, or destruction caused during transit before delivery.
Defect
A manufacturing fault that:
- Prevents normal use of the product, or
- Severely reduces its functionality
- A defect does not include:
- Wear and tear
- Customer misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Final Note- We do not accept returns under any other condition or scenario beyond what is clearly mentioned above.
